Job Title: Solution Architect – SAP Finance (FICO)Location: Greater Noida Experience Level: Senior (10–15+ years)Immediate /Short notice joiners preferred.Key Skill : Strong SAP FICO end to end implementation, HANA Implementation, Solution Analysis, Client management.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP FICO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8–10 years of SAP FI & CO experience, including at least one end-to-end HANA implementation. This role demands strong functional knowledge across core finance modules and the ability to architect scalable, integrated financial solutions aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategic objectives.Provide expert-level guidance across the following SAP FICO sub-modules:Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Taxation – Direct & IndirectCash & Bank AccountingCost ManagementInternal Orders & Capex ManagementProduct CostingCredit ManagementGroup ReportingCost Center Budgeting (Budget vs Actual)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery.Drive integration between SAP Finance and other modules/systems.Provide leadership in resolving complex functional and technical issues.Support testing, training, and change management activities.Stay current with SAP innovations and recommend improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10–15 years of SAP FICO experience with at least one full-cycle HANA implementation.Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable finance solutions.Deep understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:SAP Certification in FICO or Group Reporting.Experience with S/4 HANA Finance.Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud or other reporting tools.Experience in multinational or complex organizational environments.
