Description : Were Hiring : SAP FICO Lead - Noida Zaptas Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and qualified SAP FICO Module Lead to join our client, a prominent group of companies within Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd., at their Corporate Office in Noida.This is a senior and critical role that requires deep functional expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading complex SAP FICO implementations and support within a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities : As the SAP FICO Module Lead, you will be responsible for : - Project Leadership : Leading end-to-end implementation and support projects within SAP FICO, with a particular focus on Cash Management, Treasury, and Group Reporting.- Functional Expertise : Providing expert-level consulting and configuration in all core areas of FICO, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA).- Controlling Specialization : Deep functional configuration and solution design expertise in advanced Controlling modules, specifically Product Costing (Actuals/Material Ledger) and COPA (Profitability Analysis).- Solution Design & Architecture : Analyzing complex business requirements, translating them into robust, scalable SAP solutions, and creating detailed functional specifications for technical teams (ABAP, Integration).- Stakeholder Management : Collaborating closely with business users, management, and cross-functional teams to ensure the SAP FICO solution aligns with corporate financial strategies and reporting requirements.- Team Mentorship & Review : Providing guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance for junior team members and project deliverables.- Continuous Improvement : Driving process standardization, optimization, and identifying opportunities to leverage new SAP functionalities (e.g., S/4HANA features) to enhance financial operations.- Compliance & Audit : Ensuring all configurations and processes comply with internal policies, statutory regulations, and are robust for financial audit purposes.Required Qualifications and Experience : Education & Certification : CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is a MUST-candidates without this qualification will not be considered.Experience : Minimum 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support roles.SAP Expertise : Proven track record of leading complex projects in : - SAP Cash Management & Treasury- SAP Group Reporting- Product Costing (Actual Costing/Material Ledger)- COPA (Profitability Analysis)Domain Knowledge : Strong, in-depth understanding of corporate Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and related business processes.Project Lifecycle : Extensive experience throughout the full SAP project lifecycle, from blueprinting and configuration to testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.S/4HANA Experience : Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable, particularly in the context of Finance and Controlling innovations.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Location : Noida (Corporate Office, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. group companies)Why Join Us : - Work on mission-critical projects for a leading group of companies.- Opportunity to lead significant transformational initiatives in Treasury, Group Reporting, and Costing.- A challenging and rewarding environment that fosters professional growth and continuous learning.If you meet the mandatory CA qualification and possess the deep SAP FICO expertise outlined above, we encourage you to apply.Zaptas Technologies Pvt.
