Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with RE-FX expertise who has hands-on experience in S/4HANA end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Real Estate (REFX) modules, along with a deep understanding of business processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation and rollout projects in SAP FICO and REFX on S/4HANA.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide process improvements.
  • Configure FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Centers).
  • Implement and support REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management) processes including lease-in, lease-out, contract management, and integration with FI.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, and PS).
  • Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, FS, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for custom developments and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration and REFX module.
  • In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.).
  • Good understanding of business accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and lease accounting (IFRS16).
  • Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or REFX is an added advantage.
