**Position Overview**: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department within the dental college. The supervisor will manage housekeeping staff, develop cleaning schedules, and implement best practices for maintaining hygiene standards in classrooms, laboratories, and common areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Management**:

- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- **Cleaning Operations**:

- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols specific to a dental environment.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies used.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs or special events.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and visitors regarding housekeeping concerns.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and proper equipment usage.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to improve skills and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree
- Previous supervisory experience in a housekeeping or facilities role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and infection control standards, particularly in a healthcare or educational setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
