**Indus Parking Services (IPS)**, a leading parking enforcement company, is seeking a skilled CCTV Auditor to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, India. As a CCTV Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with parking regulations and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CCTV Monitoring**: Continuously observe and analyse live and recorded CCTV footage to identify parking violations accurately.
- **Violation Documentation**: Document and report parking violations with precise details, including time, location, and evidence.
- **Data Management**: Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of recorded footage and violation reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the enforcement team to address identified violations and provide relevant information.
- **System Maintenance**: Monitor CCTV equipment functionality and report technical issues promptly.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on parking regulations and ensure all actions align with legal requirements.
- **Customer Service**: Provide clear and informative responses to customer inquiries regarding parking regulations and policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Proven experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or parking enforcement.
- Proficiency in CCTV systems and data management software.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

**Excellent English communication skills, including verbal and written.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
