**Roles and Responsibilities**
Job Purpose / Role
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with the employees.
- To handle day to day employees issue in order to maintain industrial peace.Key Responsibilities
- To handle day to day employees issues like absenteeism, discipline etc.
- To handle employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
- Scanning ER Environment inside and outside and feeding back to the system for appropriate actions.
- Assisting in labour compliances and legal issues either pending in court or tribunals.
- Managing Union Relationship, grievance handling, disciplinary management
- Developing relationships with workmen and their family members and providing suitable engagement programmes as per requirements
- Collaborating with other departments for creating a high productivity work environment
- To assist in harmonious Industrial relations.
- To liaison with government official and local opinion makers.
- Assist in deployment of Long term settlement points.
- To handle the mediclaim process of the workmen including renewal.
