1. Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure advantageous terms. Collaborate with vendors to establish mutually beneficial relationships.

2. Purchase Order Management: Generate and manage purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of goods. Address any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.

3. Cost Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and product availability. Analyse costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.

4. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the received goods meet specified standards and report any deviations to the concerned departments.

5. Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, addressing concerns, and exploring opportunities for improved collaboration.

6. Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Stay abreast of relevant regulations.

7. Inventory Control: Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels efficiently, avoiding shortages or excesses.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.

3. Proficiency in working with ERP is an added advantage.

4. Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of market dynamics.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

8. Has knowledge about modular furniture.
