**You Will**:

- Own and manage the development and ongoing evolution of financial models across various functions of IMMO’s business
- Model returns and analyses for investors across the capital stack, analyzing equity, debt, and structured positions (e.g. mezz debt, venture debt, etc)
- Think critically about capital structures, inputs, and investment dynamics to achieve the optimal investment outcomes
- Prepare financing and equity investment memorandums
- Advise internally on investment transactions in the UK and Europe
- Present projections and analyses to investors
- Proactively manage key stakeholders and teams
- Develop and coach junior members across the investment teams (analysts and interns)

**Qualifications**:

- Expert in building, deploying and maintaining financial models
- Advanced corporate finance knowledge
- Meaningful experience in real estate analysis and an understanding of capital structures & key real estate metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including an advanced knowledge of financial modelling techniques
- VBA/SQL (nice to have)
- Excellent written and presentation skills (ppt)
- Personable with ability to work in a team environment, managing upwards and downwards and giving and providing feedback.
- Willingness and capability to work across transactions and various types of debt structures (senior, mezz, equity and warehouse)
- Highly motivated and keen to learn in a continuously changing environment
- Experience working under pressure
- Corporate Finance, Leveraged Finance, Debt Fund or Real Estate know how
