Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Banking Associate at SPA Merchant Bankers Ltd. The role is based in Delhi, India. The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing due diligence, analyzing financial data, and assisting in the valuation of companies. The individual will work closely with senior bankers, clients and other team members to support merger and acquisition transactions, capital raising efforts, and strategic advisory services.

Qualifications

  • Financial Modeling and Valuation skills
  • Experience in conducting Due Diligence
  • Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
