The family office operates with a small, high-caliber team that values intellectual rigor, independence, and integrity.Job DetailsJob Title: Investment AssociateLocation: MumbaiExperience: Upto 4 yearsType: Full-timeReporting To: Chief Investment OfficerEducation (one or more is a must): CA / CFA (level III cleared) / MBA (Finance) / Masters in FinanceKey ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed fundamental research on companies across sectors (both listed and private)Conduct deep dives into industries and markets to identify emerging trends and opportunitiesAssess competitive positioning, build investment thesis, identify key drivers of value, key risks, and business model sustainabilityAnalyze company financials and key metrics to support investment recommendationsBuild and maintain detailed financial models for target and portfolio companiesPerform valuation using DCF, relative valuation, and other relevant methodologiesPrepare high-quality investment memos and presentations (Word & PowerPoint) for the Investment CommitteeSummarize complex data and research into clear, concise, and actionable insightsMonitor portfolio companies and sectoral developmentsCandidate profileUpto 4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment banking, or corporate financeProven experience in building financial models independently (case study may be part of the selection process)Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting, valuation, and corporate finance principlesExcellent command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (advanced Excel skills preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curiousSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a lean teamPassion for investing and long-term wealth creationWhat We OfferOpportunity to work closely with a senior investment team in a meritocratic and intellectually stimulating environmentExposure to both public and private markets across sectors and business modelsA long-term learning curve and the ability to participate in high-impact investment decisionsTo ApplyIf interested, please send your resume and a short cover note with the subject line: "Application for Investment Associate" at Please mention your current and expected compensation (fixed and variable) in your cover note.
