Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly & very good appearance, presentable, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist should make a positive impression, greet visitors warmly, and ensure the smooth flow of communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier/deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
- Schedule meetings and appointments when required
- Coordinate with housekeeping and admin for office upkeep
- Handle basic administrative duties like filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Assist HR/Admin teams with clerical support as needed
- Monitor front desk supplies and order as necessary
- Handle queries and complaints from visitors or callers politely and efficiently
Required skills & Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Presentable very good appearance and professional behavior
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
