Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Location: Hiranandani Meadows | Thane West Experience Required: 1–7years Salary: 25k to 35k About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and presentable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner - Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls - Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable - Handle visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room coordination - Receive and distribute packages, couriers, and correspondence - Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation - Support HR/admin team with office coordination activities - Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the front desk Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred - 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
