**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to attract and manage export clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets and expand the client base.
- Manage the entire export sales cycle, from client acquisition and contract negotiation to order fulfillment and follow-up.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing to meet the needs of export clients.
- Stay informed on global market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure timely product delivery and compliance with export standards.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
- Prepare detailed reports and updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights for management.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing campaigns targeted at the export market.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically handling export clients.
- Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical markets and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
