_**Key Responsibilities**_

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating, nurturing, and converting cold leads.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients, ensuring all lead information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate sales meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals in a timely manner to convert opportunities into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation of marketing content, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
- Assist with managing and maintaining the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media platforms.
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication and strategy alignment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Proven track record of successfully converting cold leads into clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and trends to improve campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and marketing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to increase conversions within the existing business.
