- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and forward calls as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Perform basic data entry and typing tasks.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- **Communication and Customer Service**:

- Provide information about the company and its services.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- May be responsible for tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, or payroll processing.
