Currently, we are looking for a **CX - Service Contract** to join our **team.**
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CX Service Contracts and related modules such as Subscription Management, Field Service, and Customer Service.
- Responsible for implementing and supporting Service Contract Management solutions in Oracle CX Cloud or E-Business Suite.
- Expertise in contract creation, renewals, entitlements, pricing, billing, and SLA management.
- Good understanding of service request, warranty management, and asset tracking processes.
- Experience in integration with Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and configure system setups accordingly.
- Involved in end-to-end implementations, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle processes and revenue recognition for service contracts.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and BI reports within CX or ERP environments is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and client communication skills.
- Oracle CX or Service Cloud certification is an added advantage.
