**Job Description**:
Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each Operations

Collaborates with Production / Factory, Marketing, finance, and other departments.

Process end-of-day reports, Sends the daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.

Act as the point of contact and communicate working status from all the department.

Maintain and evaluate audiovisual equipment

Completes and files paperwork, Tracks spending and writes expense reports.

Delegates errands and tasks to production assistants.

Skill Required:
l An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

l Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

l Excels at time management and is organized and detail-oriented.

l Works well in a fast-paced workplace and is good at multi-tasking.

l Manages production assistants and has strong leadership skills.

l Works well in a fast-paced workplace and multi-tasks effectively.
