**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to understand design briefs and provide production feasibility input.
- Lead the prototype development process for new jewelry pieces (gold, diamond, silver, or fashion jewelry depending on category).
- Oversee CAD creation, sampling, stone sourcing, and costing for all new product developments.
- Manage cross-functional coordination between CAD, CAM, Casting, Setting, Polishing, and Quality Control teams.
- Track timelines and ensure delivery of samples and production-ready models within agreed deadlines.
- Analyze and address technical challenges in product development to optimize design for mass production.
- Conduct production trials to validate new processes or designs before bulk rollout.
- Maintain detailed documentation of each stage of the development process, including BOMs, job cards, costing, and specifications.
- Work with the sourcing/procurement team for vendor development (for components, stones, findings, etc.)
- Monitor trends in materials, technology, and production processes to improve design efficiency and reduce cost.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages of development and handover to bulk production.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Jewelry Design / Manufacturing / Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum **5-8 years** of relevant experience in jewelry product development or production management.
- Deep technical knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes (CAD/CAM, Casting, Assembly, Setting, Finishing).
- Experience in handling multiple SKUs and styles in a fast-paced development cycle.
- Strong coordination, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and CAD software knowledge (like Rhino, Matrix, etc.) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in fine jewelry / diamond / gold product categories.
- Experience working with international clients or export houses is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO / QA standards related to jewelry manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
