We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our

customers, helping them with inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues

they may encounter. You will ensure a positive customer experience and uphold our

commitment to excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information regarding our products and services

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to assist customers effectively

Document and track customer interactions and feedback

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction

Identify and escalate issues requiring further assistance

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Proven experience in customer service is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
