Position: Collection Executive (UGRO Process)

Location: Thane

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**Salary**:

- Fresher: ₹16,000 (In-hand)
- Experienced: ₹17,000 (In-hand)

Day Off: Fixed Sunday off

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute collection activities for the Ugro process.
- Engage with customers to recover payments efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Negotiate payment terms and offer solutions to help customers resolve overdue payments.
- Meet and exceed individual and team collection targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and accounts team for seamless operations.
- Follow company policies and industry regulations during interactions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts with customers effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in local and English language is a plus.
