We are hiring a Real Estate company for Pre Sales Support /Tele-caller.

Pre Sales Support / Tele-calling Executive

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Skills: Tele-calling/Presales

Must have excellent communication skills

Industry: Preferably Real Estate/Property Management

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, hardworking and professional individual for Real Estate Company who are experienced in property sales to clients and promote our business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their career in real estate.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales leads.

2. Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.

3. Interact with clients to determine business requirements

4. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically

5. Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.

Skills required:

- Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

**Salary**: From ₹12,000-20,000 per month
