Tele Sales Executive is responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone and persuading them to purchase products or services offered by the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The primary goal of a Tele Sales Executive is to increase sales revenue and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, databases, or marketing campaigns.
- Product/Service Presentation: Present and explain the features and benefits of the company's products or services to potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up techniques.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to address customer needs and objections while highlighting the value of the products or services.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure they meet the criteria for the company's products or services.
- Customer Information: Accurately record customer details and interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Handling Inbound Inquiries: Occasionally handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide support or address concerns as required.
- Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments within the company to improve products, services, or processes.
- Sales Reports: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including progress towards targets, leads generated, and conversion rates.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Basic knowledge of the products or services being offered.
- High level of professionalism and phone etiquette.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
**Salary**: ₹8,923.67 - ₹24,955.25 per month
