1. Job OverviewA Senior Tele Executive is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, managing customer queries, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role involves guiding junior telecallers, providing customer support, and ensuring high-quality interactions to achieve sales and service targets.The position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Telecalling & Customer Handling Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively. Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and offer suitable solutions. Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach at all times. B. Sales & Lead Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Generate qualified leads through outbound calling and follow-up. Cross-sell and upsell products or services wherever possible. Explain features, benefits, and offers to customers to convert inquiries into sales. C. Team Support & Mentoring Assist junior telecallers in handling complex queries and customer objections. Share best practices, call scripts, and customer-handling techniques. Monitor the performance of the telecalling team and provide feedback for improvement. D. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Update customer databases with relevant information and follow-up schedules. E. Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers through effective communication. Handle escalated issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing top-quality service.3. Required Skills & CompetenciesA. Technical & Process Skills Proficiency in telecalling, sales pitching, and lead conversion techniques. Familiarity with CRM software, call tracking tools, and MS Office. Understanding of company products, services, and offers. B. Soft Skills Excellent communication and listening skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Leadership qualities to mentor and support junior telecallers.4. Educational Qualifications Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma. Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.
