Job Description**Position**: Return & Recovery Management Executive

**Location**: Mulund, Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities**:
l Return Processing Time:
Manage the end-to-end return process, including receiving, inspecting, and updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and tracking spreadsheets.

l Inventory Accuracy and Updates:
Ensure accurate updates of product prices and quantities in the system after returns are processed.

l Order Processing and Shipment Tracking:
Oversee order processing and ensure shipments are tracked without errors or delays.

l Resolution of 3PL Issues:
Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to quickly resolve issues such as unshipped or short-shipped orders.

l Product Relisting Rate:
Ensure returned products are inspected and relisted for sale as quickly as possible to minimize revenue loss.

l Customer Satisfaction:
Address return-related customer inquiries and complaints, aiming to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

l Adherence to SLA:
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) related to return handling, stock updates, and order processing.

**Qualification**: Any Graduate passed with relevant experience (Min 1 year). **Soft Skills**: - Proven experience in return merchandise processing, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially for resolving 3PL issues.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for process improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking inventory and returns.

**Technical Skills**:
**Warehouse Management System (WMS) Proficiency**:

- Experience with WMS software to track, update, and manage inventory after returns.

. Ability to ensure timely updates to product information, stock levels, and order statuses.

**Data Analysis and Reporting Tools**:

- Proficient in Excel (or Google Sheets) for tracking return data, analyzing discrepancies, and managing inventory.

. Experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions to monitor KPI performance.

**Order Management Systems (OMS)**:

- Experience with OMS software to track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

**Inventory Management Systems**:

- Knowledge of inventory control software and tools to ensure accurate stock management after returns are processed.

. Ability to audit and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
