**Job Description**:
Responsibilities: Resolve problems and projects through analysis, technical experience, and precedents; provide analysis for more complex issues, escalating as appropriate
Complete control activities (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit, etc.) and makes recommendations for enhancements
Assist in systems implementation/enhancements and post implementation activities
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents Improvements to system efficiency
Support and maintenance of server infrastructure
Disaster recovery support

Required Skills: Producing technical documentation
Dealing with technical migrations
Technical debugging
Server administration
Working with automation / DevOps tools
