Strong experience building Pega PRPC environment, configuration and troubleshooting.

In depth experience configuring and deploying Pega PRPC on Linux based systems. Experience defining node classifications on the environment.

Strong knowledge on performance tuning of the platform.

Strong Troubleshooting skills in Pega, Cluster management and container management.

Strong knowledge in Pega 8 Admin Studio and ability to help on support activities.

Hands on skill working on Oracle Exadata.

Experience in working in an Agile environment

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsible for generating appropriate system level documentation and knowledge base training documentation, deployment guide, System monitoring build guide, smoke test guide, etc.

Provide technical expertise, guidance, advice and knowledge transfer to all support staff on all aspects of client server computing, programming, database technology, networking within a multi-protocol environment.

Partner with DevOps team to ensure all pipelines are built and functional as per the defined guidelines and support deployments.

Advise development team on performance improving solutions.

Troubleshoot L3 and provide necessary support for L-1 & L-2 issues associated with Pega platform and underlying middleware services.
