Identification of prospective lead and creating group in newly assigned area.
- Conducting group meeting every day and generating awareness among the customers for Group Loan.
- Responsible for the admission of new customers to the existing group.
- Responsible to meet the business targets pertaining to group loans assigned to the Banking Unit.
- Responsible to ensure 100% instalment collection efficiency is in good standards.
- Visits the customer business place, verifies the house address and conduct House hold income assessment.
