**Position Overview**

We’re hiring **motivated and tech-savvy freshers** who are eager to begin their careers in the IT industry. Based on your interest and skillset, you’ll be placed in one of the following domains:

- **Web / App Development (Full Stack / Frontend / Backend)**:

- **UI/UX Design**:

- **Software Testing (Manual / Automation)**:

- **Data Science & Analytics**:

- **Digital Marketing**

You’ll work on live projects, collaborate with mentors and clients, and grow rapidly in a fast-paced learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**Development (Full Stack / Web / Mobile):

- Write clean, testable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile development cycles.
- Debug and resolve software bugs.

UI/UX Design:

- Assist in designing intuitive user interfaces using Figma/Adobe XD.
- Collaborate on prototyping, user research, and design systems.
- Work closely with developers for design implementation.

**Software Testing**:

- Execute test cases and document results.
- Report bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla.
- Use testing frameworks (Selenium, Postman, JMeter) to automate processes.

**Data Science / Analytics**:

- Perform data cleaning and visualization using Python/Pandas/Excel.
- Support development of dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Work on machine learning models under guidance.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Execute SEO, Google Ads, social media, and content strategies.
- Analyze marketing data and generate insights.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of relevant tools/technologies (based on role applied)
- Basic understanding of programming logic or software workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team collaboration ability
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Education: B.E/B.Tech, BCA, BSc (CS/IT), MCA, MCS, BBA (for marketing) or equivalent
- Batch: 2023 / 2024 pass-outs preferred
- Completion of relevant certification/training (preferred but not mandatory)
