- Coordinate student enrollment, registration, and admissions processes.
- Provide academic and career advising to students, and monitor student progress and performance.
- Monitor student satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct student evaluations and surveys, and use this information to improve programs and services.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless workflow and meet company objectives.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of coaching and education industry will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs.
- Excellent communication(English, Marathi & Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
