**Job Role**

Ø Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications

Ø Drive all QA activities like SPC, MSA, Kaizen, SGA etc.

Ø Taking the team along to achieve the management goals / KRAs

Ø Front face / first contact to the Customers

Ø review customer requirements and make sure they are met

Ø Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers

Ø set standards for quality as well as health and safety

Ø make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards

Ø Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency

Ø Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff

Ø Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures

Ø Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports

Ø Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.

Ø Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and

Ø Implementing improvements

Ø Liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards

Ø Assess the effectiveness of changes made

Ø Working on reducing in process wastage, FG rejection and customer returns.

Ø Train and manage a team of quality control technicians.

**Qualification & Experience Required**:
Ø DME / BE Mechanical with 10-12 Years of industrial experience in QA function.

Ø Experience in similar manufacturing & reputed industries.

Ø Work experience with Sheet Metal Stamping, Aluminium die-casting, precision machining is an added advantage.

Ø Familiar with all QA activities of a manufacturing unit & QMS matching to IATF standards.

Ø Good hands-on experience with Core tools APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC & PPAP. Ability to make right

Ø decisions at given point time with logical assessment

Ø Strong knowledge and experience to work with lean & TPM culture, Good analytical skills

Ø **Must have experience in Motor Stamping, Sheet Metal or Auto Component Industry**

Ø Should possess excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
