**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Executive to manage and optimize daily manufacturing operations in our lubricant production unit. The role involves coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and meeting production targets safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production activities in the lubricant blending and packaging lines.
- Ensure adherence to production plans and schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate routine maintenance.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
- Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available as per the production plan.
- Collaborate with quality control and R&D to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Prepare daily production reports and document production data.
- Train and supervise shop floor workers and machine operators.
- Monitor inventory of production supplies and report shortages.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.(b.Sc. chemistry)
- 2-4 years of experience in production, preferably in the lubricant or petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge of lubricant blending processes and machinery.
- Familiarity with safety standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
