**Job Description**:
**What you’ll need to bring to the role**
- An Agile practitioner who has a **deep understanding of recruitment process as well as a track record of delivery**:

- Ability to build sustainable professional relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and line managers
- A **deep understanding of the talent landscape **across India with particular focus on Hyderabad
- ** Exceptional stakeholder management skills and business partnering credentials**:

- Be competent, focused and outcome driven as well as champion our values at all times; delight customers, value each other, collaborate to win and innovate

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop recruiting specifications with hiring manager and facilitate recruiting strategy
- ** Manage the full recruitment lifecycle** within your defined portfolio (locations, BU’s, job families)
- Work closely with hiring manager to understand team dynamic and culture for purposes of recruiting
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
- ** Build applicant sources, including talent pipelines**:

- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members

- ** Experienced and passionate recruiter, incl. Tech talent domain expertise**:

- Background and successful experience working for a growing MNC (able to navigate a complex matrix organisation)
- Excited by challenging work and professional development
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Familiar with TA Systems & Tools, incl. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- ** 5-8 years recruiting experience** is preferred, ideally internal although we will consider a savvy agency recruiter
