### Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)

**Position**: Business Development Manager

**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years (Preferably in B2B Sales in Interiors or Related Industry)

**Location**: Sector 62, Noida

**Salary**: Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)

### **Roles and Responsibilities**

1. **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and source potential B2B clients in the interior design industry, including corporate offices, retail brands, architects, and developers.
- Utilize various channels such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.

2. **Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present the company’s services and offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

3. **Sales and Business Development**:

- Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to address their specific needs.
- Effectively negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

4. **Communication and Presentation**:

- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's expertise in interior design solutions.
- Clearly articulate project scopes, timelines, and deliverables to clients.

5. **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the design and operations teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
- Ensure seamless coordination for project execution and delivery.

6. **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide inputs to the management team for strategic decision-making.

7. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management.

8. **Fieldwork and Meetings**:

- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to strengthen relationships and understand on-ground requirements.
### **Key Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the interior design, construction, or related industries.
- **Technical and Soft Skills**:

- Proven ability in lead generation and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales reporting.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Strong persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
