Responsible to establish and maintain QMS, Policy and Procedure.
- Adherence to all quality systems with a constant drive to improve quality, minimise rework and streamline processes.
- Preparation and delivery of all documentation to the clients like IOM, MDR etc.
- Lead Role in quality management certifications
- Conduct periodical audits at supplier end to maintain quality requirements
- Managing the production needs of all purchase orders issued to supplier while delivering the best possible outcomes retaining to cost, quality and timing.
- Carrying out purchasing of goods and services required to complete the manufacture of the equipment always keeping in mind maximising the value for the project and ensuring the right balance between internal and external capabilities
- Working closely with the suppliers, design and production to look for any opportunities for simplifying or improving parts procured
- Effective and prompt communication to Management when conflicts or unresolvable resource issues occur.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers with a drive to reduce cost, improve quality and optimise commercial terms.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered with complete, accurate and timely documentation; both internal and external.
- A focus on improvement and the removal of redundant work with the aim to minimise wastage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
