**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit local markets, dealers, and retail stores regularly.
- Interact with store owners and end customers to promote aluminium products.
- Generate quality leads through physical visits and customer interactions.
- Build a local database of potential clients and maintain follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for quotations, samples, and order closures.
- Support in achieving revenue targets through consistent market efforts.
- Collect market insights and share feedback with the management team.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / MBA (Any discipline)
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in sales or marketing (preferably in aluminium/building materials)
- **Skills Required**:

- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and presentable
- **Languages**: Hindi and English fluency preferred
- two-wheeler vehicle
