**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Quality Supervisor** to oversee and manage the quality control processes in our Powder Coating Plant. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all coated products meet company and customer quality standards, supervising quality technicians, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Supervise day-to-day quality operations for the powder coating process.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and final finished goods.
- Verify coating thickness, adhesion, coverage, and color consistency using appropriate testing equipment (e.g., micrometers, gloss meters, cross-hatch testers).
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain and review quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal SOPs.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and train quality technicians and inspectors.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
- **Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement**:

- Investigate root causes of quality issues and lead corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
- Work with production and maintenance teams to improve coating processes and reduce defects.
- Support lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate with customers regarding product quality issues, inspection results, and corrective actions when necessary.
- Participate in quality reviews with clients and internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
- ASQ certification (e.g., CQT, CQI) is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a quality role within a powder coating, metal finishing, or similar manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in managing inspection teams and quality processes.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of powder coating processes and quality standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other applicable quality systems.
- Proficiency with measuring tools, quality software, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment & Physical Requirements**:

- Work is primarily performed in a production plant environment.
- May require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
