**Position Title**: Store Incharge

**Job Summary**:
V.K. Valves is seeking a reliable and organized Store Incharge to manage the daily operations of our warehouse and inventory. The Store Incharge will oversee the storage, distribution, and recording of materials, tools, and products, ensuring that all stock levels are maintained, accurately recorded, and easily accessible. This role is crucial for ensuring that the production and assembly teams have the necessary components to meet production goals efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure materials and products are stored properly to prevent damage or shortages.
- **Stock Monitoring**: Monitor stock levels and reorder materials when necessary, ensuring that there is always sufficient supply for production requirements.
- **Receiving and Inspection**: Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, inspect for quality and accuracy, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- **Material Handling**: Supervise the safe storage and handling of materials, components, and finished goods, adhering to company and industry standards for safety and organization.
- **Record Keeping**: Update and maintain inventory records in the system, ensuring real-time tracking of stock movement, receipts, and issues.
- **Team Coordination**: Coordinate with the procurement, production, and assembly teams to ensure timely availability of materials required for production processes.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any discrepancies in materials or stock.
- **Issue Management**: Manage material issuance for production departments as per requisitions, ensuring proper documentation for each transaction.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Ensure that the warehouse is well-organized, clean, and secure, with items clearly labeled and categorized for easy identification and access.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure compliance with company policies regarding inventory control and safety standards within the warehouse. Promote a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Store Incharge or similar role in a manufacturing or production company, preferably in the valve or industrial components sector.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple demands and keep the warehouse efficient.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication and coordination skills to work with different departments and suppliers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to manage records and oversee the quality of incoming materials.
- **Physical Ability**: Ability to lift, move, and manage materials in the warehouse, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP software for inventory control.
- Familiarity with lean inventory practices and supply chain optimization.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a warehouse environment.

**Salary**: 13k-18k / month
