**Key Responsibilities / Duties**:
- Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients.
- Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
- Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
- Develops and maintains relationships with sub-advisors and consultants.
- Act as a liaison to ensure active, enthusiastic support of the sales and marketing process.
- Collaborates with Marketing & Development team on products and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
- Works closely with our team members to further develop sales opportunities
- Extensive client visits on a daily basis and submission of the visit report by the end of the day
- Participate in sales presentations and client conferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with high-level institutional clients
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks
- Close deals and ensure timely implementation of services
- Work closely with internal teams like product development, portfolio management, and legal to support client needs
- Understand client needs, investment objectives, and risk tolerance to tailor solutions accordingly
**Work Experience / Knowledge**:
- Minimum 0-2+ years of professional working experience.
- Relevant experience in Academic/Institutional sales is preferred.
- Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
- Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product and broad investment knowledge
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA with dual specializations in Marketing & HRM is preferred
**Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to close business
- General understanding of the Institutional/academic markets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Work Location: In person
