**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Telecalling and Client Interaction**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote IT training programs and services.
- Provide information about training courses, schedules, and pricing.
- Answer client inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
2. **Training Coordination**:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating IT training sessions, including online and in-person formats.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure that all necessary resources and materials are prepared for each session.
3. **Management Handling**:
- Manage client databases and ensure up-to-date information.
- Handle client feedback and escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Prepare and manage reports related to client interactions, training sessions, and sales performance.
4. **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client onboarding and training documentation.
- Organize and maintain training records, certificates, and other relevant documentation.
5. **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the IT training team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, client management, or a similar role. Experience in IT training or education is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
