**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Coordination**: Manage daily dispatches for shipments across the US, ensuring timely deliveries while coordinating with drivers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- **Tracking and Monitoring**: Keep track of all shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and stakeholders, and resolving any issues related to delays or mishandled shipments.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics status, scheduling, and other related inquiries.
- **Documentation Management**: Ensure all shipping documents, invoices, and reports are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare and review documents like Bills of Lading (BOL), shipping manifests, and customs clearance forms.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve issues such as route delays, incorrect shipments, or inventory discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.
- **Compliance**: Maintain a strong understanding of logistics regulations and best practices to ensure all processes comply with international standards.
- **System Updates**: Input and update logistics data into transportation management systems (TMS) and track shipment statuses on a regular basis.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams (e.g., customer service, warehouse, inventory, etc.) to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a logistics dispatcher, preferably working with US-based operations.
- **Education**: Graduation in any relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using logistics management software.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of US logistics processes, including customs regulations, freight forwarding, and shipping terms.

**Work Environment & Benefits**:

- **Working Hours**: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- **Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
