**Job Title: Sales Associate - Interior Sales**

**Summary**: As a Sales Representative specializing in Interior Sales, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell interior design products to clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and meeting individual sales targets within the interior sales division.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Execution**:

- Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable interior products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales techniques.

2. **Client Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional interior products.

3. **Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about interior design trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer preferences and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or furnishings industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of interior design products and trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
