
Customer Support Executive

**Brevistay is looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our customer support department. The person will be responsible for driving superior customer support to customers through policies, procedures, and the setting of goals. You will be up-to-date on industry products and trends, and train staff accordingly.**
**Responsibilities**
- **Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.**
- **Communicating with customers through various channels, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.**
- **Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.**
- **Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.**
- **Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.**
- **Formulating and revising customer support policies and promoting their implementation.**
- **To work with the team on all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.**
- **Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.**
- **Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy.**
**Requirements**:
- **Min Qualification: Graduate**
- **Freshers/Experience working with customer support can apply.**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
