**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Platforms**:Manage all e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Website etc.) orders - Processing, dispatching and support
- **Listings**: Ensure new product launches are successfully listed on all e-commerce platforms
- **Hygiene**: Quality control of all product listings to ensure no product listing gets compromised
- **Reputation management**:Ensure reviews, ratings and meta-data of all listings is as expected
- **Data Analysis**: Understand product rankings and orders to identify improvement opportunities that can be communicated to the Ads team
- **Run Promotions**:Creating promotional offers on magento custom website and to increase visibility of products on e-commerce platforms

**Skills/Experience Needed**:

- **Direct Experience**:At least 0 to 1 years of experience in a similar role in any industry (preferably education or publishing)
- **Team Management**:Experience in managing e-commerce team
- **Technical**:Most Important skill needed is solid knowledge of using Excel & Word

**Education Qualification: BA(English)/BCom(English)/BBA/Any Graduate/Fresher can apply**

**Salary**: ₹10,152.10 - ₹25,012.35 per month
