As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

**2. Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our construction services.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

**3. Sales Support**:

- Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

**4. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Foster strong communication and collaboration between the sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and timely delivery of construction projects.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, prospects, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

**5. Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/platforms.
- Should have knowledge in Photoshop.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
