We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Ernakulam location. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our IT services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities to showcase company offerings.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitors to refine marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
