**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for branding, campaigns, social media, print ads, and digital assets.
- Translate brand objectives into clear, visually powerful design solutions.
- Collaborate with the creative and accounts team to brainstorm ideas and present design strategies.
- Develop layouts for brochures, logos, packaging, outdoor media, and digital ads.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably in an advertising agency or boutique studio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or After Effects is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various formats and industries.
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
