**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor assigned machine (CNC, VMC, HMC, Grinding, or Induction Hardening) as per SOPs.
- Load/unload components and ensure proper clamping, referencing, and zero setting.
- Conduct basic inspection using gauges, micrometers, or other measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality standards by checking components against drawings or control plans.
- Record production data such as quantities produced, cycle time, and rejections.
- Carry out tool changes, offsets, and minor adjustments as needed.
- Report any machine breakdowns or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
- Maintain workplace discipline and housekeeping.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification**:12th**, **ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or relevant trade**:

- Experience**:1-5 years** of experience operating CNC/VMC/HMC/Grinding/Induction Hardening machines in an automotive or precision components industry.
- Familiarity with measurement instruments and control parameters.
- Team player with a willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.
- Commitment to quality, discipline, and safe working practices.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
