- Experience: High performer with 2-3 years experience in Sales in Financial Services/Education/MFI/Mortgages/SME loans / Used Auto Loans / CV Loans
- Knowledge of English and local language; good communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to maintain MIS
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Science / Commerce) from a reputed institute
- Basic knowledge of finance
- Team player

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Visit schools and other educational institutions and achieve business targets of loans disbursed
- Build a long lasting relationship with clients
- Manage the entire loan documentation including mortgage/security creation
- End use verification of loan
- Cross-sell other products rolled out from time to time to the schools
- Assist in collection of overdue payments and ensure that the portfolio remains high in quality

**Salary**: ₹11,204.62 - ₹24,195.85 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sonipat, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Mortgage servicing: 2 years (preferred)
- Home loan: 2 years (preferred)
- education Loan: 2 years (preferred)
