Position Overview We are seeking a Field Boy to assist with customer visits, office errands, market purchases, banking tasks, and document delivery. The Field Boy plays a crucial role in supporting day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.Key Responsibilities1. Customer Visits & Relationship Management Visit clients or customers as per the daily schedule. Assist in strengthening customer relationships by timely interactions and updates. Provide support during customer meetings or deliveries. Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the concerned department. 2. Market Purchases & Vendor Coordination Visit local markets or suppliers to purchase office or operational requirements. Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of items. Coordinate with vendors regarding delivery schedules, invoices, and payments. 3. Banking & Financial Tasks Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque submission, and document verification. Assist in maintaining records of banking transactions. Ensure safe handling of company funds and financial documents. 4. Office Support & Administrative Tasks Deliver documents, parcels, and correspondence to various departments or clients. Assist with office errands, courier collection, and dispatch work. Maintain records of deliveries, purchases, and office activities. Support staff in day-to-day administrative operations. 5. Documentation & Record Maintenance Maintain accurate logs of field visits, deliveries, and purchases. Ensure timely submission of reports or receipts to the office supervisor. Assist in organizing and storing important office documents securely. 6. Task Completion & Reliability Ensure completion of all assigned tasks on time. Follow instructions from supervisors and report issues or delays promptly. Exhibit honesty, accountability, and commitment in all activities.Required Skills & Competencies1. Communication Skills Basic verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, or regional language. Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues. 2.
