**About the Role**:As Retail Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving customer experience and company growth by engaging with customers to understand their requirements and recommend products basis need. You will have the opportunity to interact with both new and existing customers, providing personalized assistance and building strong relationships.

**Responsibilities and Ownership**:

- Engage with customers visiting the retail store, understand their technical and personal needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Actively participate in promotional activities to increase lead pool and achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on different product features, capabilities, compare the offerings of different products to enable decision making
- Call customers to explain about upcoming products, to drive lead pool.
- Maintain thorough knowledge electronic products, features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Process orders, complete necessary documentation, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain the store's visual appearance, ensuring products are displayed attractively and well-organized.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales data.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Generate positive online reviews and ratings from customers monitor and track online mentions, reviews, comments, and discussions/shared experiences on retail stores, individuals, or brands across various platforms such as social media, review sites, forums, and news articles.
- **PREFERRED QUALIFICATION**_
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not compulsory
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as per the store's operating hours.
- Proficient in English is a must, Kannada conversational language is preferred.

- Resilience: Ability to handle objections and rejection in a professional manner, maintain a positive attitude, and persist in achieving sales targets.
